2026/27 Season Update:
The Countdown Is On at Shark Park
The wait is nearly over. After a busy off-season, the 2026/27 cricket season is just around the corner and there’s plenty happening at Beaumaris Cricket Club as we prepare for another summer at Shark Park.
This season is an especially significant one for the Sharks as we celebrate our 90th year. Since 1937, generations of players, families, volunteers and supporters have helped shape the club into what it is today, and we’re looking forward to celebrating that history throughout the season.
From registrations and Round 1 to a packed social calendar and plenty more, things are quickly ramping up around the club.
Here’s everything you need to know as we get ready for season 2026/27.
Women Coaches Wanted
As our girls’ cricket program continues to grow, Beaumaris Cricket Club is looking for passionate women coaches to join the Sharks and help support the next generation of female cricketers.
We’re looking for positive and enthusiastic people who can help our players grow, develop and build confidence, while creating an environment where they can enjoy their cricket and reach their goals.
Whether you have previous coaching experience or simply a strong knowledge of the game and a desire to get involved, we’d love to hear from you.
Join BCC. Coach. Inspire. Empower.
Registrations Are Open
Registrations for the 2026/27 season are now open, and we’re looking forward to welcoming players of all ages back to Beaumaris Cricket Club for another summer at Shark Park.
Whether you’re returning for another season or joining the Sharks for the first time, there’s a place for everyone at BCC, with opportunities across Cricket Blast, junior boys and girls, senior men’s and senior women’s cricket.
With the season fast approaching, we encourage all players and families to complete their registration as soon as possible to help us finalise teams and preparations for the year ahead.
Register now and be part of the Sharks in 2026/27.
First XI Fixture Locked In
The 2026/27 First XI fixture is locked in, with the Sharks set for another big summer of cricket.
Our season gets underway on Saturday 3 October, with the First XI opening their campaign at Shark Park against Aspendale — the perfect way to begin our 90th year.
The season will feature 14 rounds of Cricket Southern Bayside action, with plenty of big match-ups both home and away as the Sharks look to start strongly and build momentum throughout the summer.
We’d love to see plenty of Sharks around the boundary throughout the season, so save the dates, get down to Shark Park and get behind the boys.
Follow our social media accounts to view the full 2026/27 First XI fixture.
